John Wesey
Demola Alagbe
Demola is a management, accounting, and finance professional with over 35 years of experience in finance/accounting and management across various industries including insurance, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, commerce, banking, and finance.
He was at various times the Chief Financial Officer in Berger Paints of Nigeria Plc., Omatek Ventures Plc., Saham-Unitrust Insurance, and Gemini Pharmaceuticals Ltd. He has also led several projects for private and public organizations on strategy, organizational redesign, and transformation change management and business process improvement.
Demola is a regular facilitator, guest speaker, and lecturer in Corporate Governance, Business and Financial Modelling, Corporate Accounting and Management at the Lagos Business School/Pan Atlantic University, etc.
He is a fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and has an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University.
Innocent Achi
Achi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Statistics and an MBA from the University of Lagos and an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota, U.S.A.
Achi is a Banker with over 30 years of experience in Relationship/Remedial Management, Investment Analysis and Risk Management, Structured Finance, and Corporate Restructuring. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the International Certified Credit Fellow UK. A Fellow of the Institute of Loan and Risk Management, He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN), Chartered Institute of Capital Market Registrars (CICMR), and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and an honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Innocent has been involved in several strategies, performance improvement, and financial and risk management projects across industries. He is a frequent speaker in workshops and seminars. He is also a financial advisor to numerous clients’ corporate mergers and acquisitions.
