John Wesey

John Wesey is a hybrid practitioner who brings 30+ years of experience at the intersection of technology, business and people. He leads Psyntech’s program design and consultancy work in leadership development, strategy, project & change management, human capital and innovation across West Africa and beyond. John has consulted for 100+ organisations across finance, insurance, aviation, hospitality, oil & gas, healthcare, energy, FMCG, NGOs and multilateral institutions.

Before co-founding Psyntech, he delivered IT and project management engagements at Datamatics Nigeria Limited and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), driving process, product and service improvements for major clients. He holds multiple psychometric & personality assessment certifications, a PROSCI certification in change management, a B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering and an advanced degree in Leading Innovation & Change. John also serves on several corporate and non-profit boards and is a founding member of regional L&D and HR networks.
