Roger Delves

Roger Delves is an experienced leadership educator and practitioner with 35+ years in industry and academia. A Fellow of the RSA and an Oxford alumnus, Roger teaches Leadership Practice at Hult International Business School (Ashridge campus) and is an associate faculty member at the Irish Management Institute. He has worked with Psyntech as a long-standing senior faculty partner, delivering executive and team development programmes across Africa since 2010.

Roger’s international practice spans the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Americas. He combines research-informed frameworks with practical application, helping leaders deepen authenticity and emotional intelligence while navigating post-pandemic change. His corporate engagements include Deutsche Bank, Cartier, ADNOC, Shell, Anglo American and major banking and industrial clients. Roger is also an author and frequent conference contributor on leadership and team engagement.
