Sadiya Shuaibu is a results-driven project and procurement leader with 15+ years’ experience delivering high-value capital projects and infrastructure programmes across Nigeria. She specialises in project & procurement management, business process improvement and ERP implementation, and has led multi-billion-naira initiatives that improved operational efficiency and governance.

Sadiya holds a Master’s in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in Finance, alongside certifications in project and supply chain management. In Psyntech projects, she leads data gathering and analytical workstreams, using data-driven methods to identify culture change levers and operational improvement opportunities.
